My first post it was about, to feel outwardly beautiful, here in this now to your self-realization, your self-discovery and self-care. I wish, that you could be more assertive with my 35 Truths , succeeds positive thinking and reaching your goals.

The reason for this issue is as follows:

I was afraid of everything.

I was afraid to, cancel appointments or with friends. I was afraid to, make phone calls. Was afraid, to leave home.

I was afraid, what others think of me or, what I said someday. My fear was all-encompassing.

I do not know anymore, if there was a triggering event, but I didn´t want to live that way any longer. I had 100 thoughts on the same topic, without having any influence about this thoughts. And I worried even more about other catastrophic things , that could happen.

How can you overcome your fears?

I also felt physically not good, I had excessively often migraine and got fibromyalgia (more about this in one of my next posts). I suffered from severe tensions, because I was so anxious, that my whole body was constantly tense.

And then I also had fear of my pain.

I had the feeling, I had no influence on anything, not even on my own body.

And so I started a program, to took these fears away, let me ultimately be migraine-free and let shrink the tension on a completely normal level, namely only, if I have pressed me physically.

The program includes simple truths, which, if you look at it you regularly and internalize, Can change your life completely for the better with more self-confidence and positive attitude.

For me it worked!

Everything, you need, is the will to succed, implement it and stay focused. Read my truths carefully and add your own thoughts, write them down or pin them you on your bathroom mirror, whatever works for you, do it as easy as possible!

Because that is, what it is about: as simple as possible to make your life enjoyable and easy with no restrictions and simply LIVE!

  • Take care!
  • Do everything in peace, don´t stress and hassle yourself
  • Develop positive thoughts!
  • Occupy yourself with negative thoughts at certain times and for a limited time.
  • Relax your thoughts, there is a solution for everything!
  • Recognize your own excessive demands and step back. You do not have to do five tasks. Let also something just undone and rejoice excessively about the fact, that you can endure that!
  • Be reliable!

It isn´t good, to promise someone something, if you get under pressure, because you have burdened you with too much. think twice, if you can really keep a promise. If you do not have a good feeling about it or it is too much for you, say that easily: “I think, I can not do this. Before I promise something, what I possible cannot do, I prefer to say No. Do not be angry with me.” If anyone does not understand, it is his problem and not yours.

  • Look, what you do well and enjoy it to the fullest and with all your attention.
  • See problems as challenges, not as problems!
  • Realize, that it´s not the situation that set you under pressure, but your thoughts of it!
  • SMILE!!
  • Breathe calmly

  • Do not make everything 100%. Give just your best, perfection does not exist!
  • Think about it, before you act or speak. Give yourself a moment, you do not need you to decide right away.
  • Always think positive! Everything will be good! You've survived so far and had overcome all the obstacles in your life, you can do it!!
  • Never try to please everybody, but yourself! Ask yourself: what do I want?? When it´s in sync with the expectations of others, Perfect! If not, do your thing.

  • The world does not revolve around you, so there is no reason, to feel guilty for anything or to relate everything to you!

This may sound a little harsh, but it is, when you think about it , a great relief. If you have previously related much to you, had thoughts about, that were meaningless in terms of others or the opinions of others, just let it be!! You can almost always be sure, that you overrated things. And if you're really not sure: ask what you want to know!! I bet, you'll be surprised at the answer!

  • Be patient with yourself! Everyone makes mistakes and chooses a path that´s not the right one. No reason to, condemn yourself!!
  • Take life easy at all!! The only way you can you evolve, have fun and LIVE!
  • Never again feel guilty!! Be clear, what´s stressing you immediately, not later or never, Be always as honest as possible, and always be true to yourself!!
  • The most important thing is, that you feel comfortable with yourself. Put on, what you like, without paying any attention to fashion dictates or what other people like the most.
  • Be yourself, without playing an act. You are unique and that you should see and accept and use for your benefit. People, who don´t like you, do not have to. You can do without them.

Take your thing before!

  • Do only , what is important and right for you. To please others takes strength and is of no use for you and your development.
  • Rejoice also extensively on small successes. They are the secret, bring you closer to your goal.
  • Treat others the way, as you want to be treated! Be respectful, but not submissive, be kind and courteous, but draw a line.
  • Speake more often with yourself, for it helps tremendously to, relieve pressure and frustration and organize your thoughts. You can also praise yourself of course!
  • Bring order to your life! Clean up, what needed to be done for a long time, but what you have repeatedly postponed. Reward yourself after work!
  • Think about a few rituals. They may be short, that is making it easier , to follow through. Look forward to this times, to do something for you!
  • Take matters into your own hands! Take care of yourself, your apartment, your appearance and anything that is important to you. Create your world as you like and do not wait for the consent or cooperation of other. It's your life and it's fun, to take responsibility. Because your successes are really YOUR success!
  • Be thankful! There are so many things, you see as natural, health, Your family, friends, work and so much more! Take nothing for granted but be happy, that you have all these things and people in your life!
  • Be friendly! Whenever an opportunity arises, be friendly and helpful. It is a good feeling, to help others. By this I mean little things, how to stop the door for a neighbor, when he has heavy bags, driving someone let in, give someone a compliment or let someone before you at checkout. There is 100 other possibilities, with which you can make others happy. And you feel good, what has a lasting effect.
  • Be honest! This is definitely always the easiest way, even if at the first thought you may think otherwise. If you tell the truth, no matter how stupid something went, You take on responsibility and that is positive. In addition to so many things have to remember while lying, it is easier, to simply say the truth.
  • Take all that comes easy and come let things come to you!

You will see the situation through anyway, So it is clearly better, if you wait relaxed and only responding or only do something, when it becomes necessary. It is only a torture , if you do you worry too much about things, that COULD happen .

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • How probable is it, that …. happens?
  • What can I do, in order to …..

And then… Then you simply wait .

I know, it is easy to write and easy to say, but usually not easy to implement.

The only way, how it works, it is to endure it once or twice, that you have no negative thoughts and have catastrophic consequences in mind. Think only neutral or positive. The more often you do it, the more proficient you will get and you will stay increasingly calm and stay relaxed , no matter what comes at you !!

It will not work perfectly the first time, maybe not the fifth, it does not matter!!

Sooner or later it WILL work, and you will be free from thoughts, that were meaningless anyway, that have cost a lot of time and nerves and caused you so much stress!

Let´s go! Start with small things ! Always start with small steps, so you can increase your track record and see, that you can actually make a difference and are so much more capable than you , have believed !

I believe in you! From my own experience I know that is, that it takes only a beginning and the will, to exit the carousel of brooding.

It's the best, what I've ever done for me personally and I am happy, I've found a way, to share this with others!
