What are your resources? How do you find your resources- and use them effectively for you? This article and the workbook can help you, to find your sources of power and use them

First, let's clarify the term: Resources are sources, from which you can draw strength and drive. They are in you and your environment and you only need to clarify a few questions for yourself, to activate them.

These tools, that are in your personality, can help you with that, to show important solutions, and what is going well in your life.

Because that is, what matters: What is going well!

Don't waste a look into the past, but concentrate on the here and now. And what you want to expand in the future.

With my checklist you can easily determine, where are your strengths, what is important to you and what has helped you in the past, to overcome crises.

Because, let's be honest, You HAVE overcome crises and no matter, how difficult or unreachable it seemed to you, you have survived all these crises. Perhaps, no, you have certainly learned something important from it. At least, that you're so strong, and survived them.

Now the question is, how did you do that? What did you do, to survive certain depressing or bad situations or periods of life?

And this knowledge will help you in the future, to find your resources and use them!

So now it´s time, to find your resources and use them.

Because only, If you know, where your personal competencies are, it will be possible for you, to use them.

  • Your inner strengths, competencies and opportunities for action
  • Your external resources, such as. your environment. In addition to family and friends, this also includes belonging to a community in every sense.

I want to encourage you here, recognize and develop your core competencies. With my workbook you can find out your strengths, that what made you survive crises.

This model is an approach, not to put the problems in the foreground, but to raise awareness of the strengths and positive experiences. Thereby, that you focus on past problem-solving strategies, the current challenge doesn't seem impossible.

But on the contrary, with your positive experiences, because you have mastered everything so far, you can use your ability to act in the present.

With the workbook you can make your own solution clear. You are able, at your pace, to work out your solutions, that strengthen you.

It's a lot of work, to develop like this, that you feel good all around and it IS doable! Just start, don't let setbacks unsettle you.

Mistakes are great !!

You learn, what is working and what not and do something else. If you hadn't made certain mistakes in your life, how could you have learned and grown? No, life is always balanced, Ying und Yang, above and below, etc.

We need bad times to appreciate the good ones.

But that doesn't mean, that we cannot prepare for difficult times as well as possible, doesn´t it?
